I’m Gyopi (but I go by Joy), Customer Support Manager at Wire Fence.
I’ve been working at Wire Fence since 2018, getting to know customers and learning about their projects, then turning their ideas and success stories into detailed blogs and case studies like this Garden Water Feature Transformation.
With my background in customer needs, I enjoy writing articles with practical tips for fencing and landscaping projects. I’m also involved in testing new products to see how they perform, which often involves filming short videos. In this way, we aim to provide as much information as possible to help customers make the best choice.
