Products dispatched from our Burton-on-Trent and Louth facilities are subject to routine batch sampling and quality checks in line with UK civil engineering standards. Our quality assurance includes spot-checking wire gauge, aperture sizes, and structural welds across production runs.
- Wire Gauge Verification: Routine micrometre checks on 2.5mm, 3mm, and 4mm wire batches.
- Aperture Precision: Batch tolerance testing on standard mesh sizes (75x75mm, 50x50mm, 25x25mm).
- Coating Integrity: Audit-based testing for Galfan zinc weight and Galvaplax PVC adhesion.
- Batch Traceability: Production inspection tags applied to inventory lots.
