I had a fantastic experience dealing with Wire Fence. Erno and the team were incredibly helpful from the start, answering questions and helping me choose the right sizes for my project. The gabions arrived quickly, were very well made, and straightforward to assemble. When I found myself a couple of helicals short while finishing the baskets, they kindly sent some extras out straight away at no cost, which was very much appreciated. Overall a brilliant company to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Super quick delivery, it was hard work installing but instructions for the kit were clear- we managed to do 50m over a weekend! My only wish is that the stake bases had a rounded edge rather than sharp- we’ve started to build up soil around them to cover them up.

We’re also very glad to hear the installation guide was easy to follow. Our team had a lot of fun putting both the kit and the instructions together – though we have to admit you were quicker than us! Completing 50 meters of fencing in a weekend is an impressive achievement, so well done!
Thank you as well for your note about the stake bases. Unfortunately these kits come as they are with the sharp, angular corners on the fence post bases, which can become problematic since they poke out of the ground. Covering them up with soil is indeed a great way to hide them and also avoid any potential injuries. As a way to fix this moving forward, we’ll raise this concern with the manufacturer and see if they’d be willing to create an alternative post base with rounded edges instead – thank you for the tip!

I bought and fitted a 120cm, green, PVC coated chain link fence using T-posts. Customer service was very helpful when I enquired about the availability of some of the items I required. All items arrived on time and were good quality. I found the intructional documentation and videos especially useful as I put the fence up myself and I am not a professional fence “put-er up-er”. Very happy with the product and the service.

My fruit cage c12m x 5m needed to be re-roofed to keep blackbirds off my strawberries! Previous soft netting cover was torn apart by heavy snow lying on it so I was looking at chicken wire fencing as a replacement. Most helpful pre-sales advice from Erno at WireFence. I bought a 50m roll of 25mmx25mm (plus some bits). Project is going well, this wire fencing seems to be the right product (photo attached). Next winter’s snow will tell if I have done the right thing.
Order was placed on a Thursday and was delivered the following Tuesday, most acceptable. I thought courier DX might have delivered this heavy package to my house rather than leave it at my drive entrance (the gate was open).

I am sorry to hear that the mesh was left on the drive rather than closer to your house, we’ll pass on to the delivery company to avoid this from happening in the future as we can appreciate that the package was quite heavy.
I’m happy to hear however that you found our 25mm chicken wire mesh to be of good use to replace the old netting and that I was able to help you out in choosing the exact product and accessories needed for the project!
Fingers crossed it stands up strong when next winter’s snow arrives although we are confident that given the hole size of the product, the majority of the snow will be able to fall through the holes and the remainder will be held by the mesh.

Excellent quality and price. After hours of research on options for barring dogs from part of garden we chose wirefence. The price was the lowest for the length we needed and quality was faultless. We bought rectangular wire panels plus a roll of mesh. Highly recommended
