I’m in the progress of my back boundary and hopefull , once finished and I love it… I’ll continue around the front boundary of my property.

Such a relief to have a dog proof boundary fence in my garden now. Dougal, also known as Mr Kangaroo Legs is the first dog I’ve had to jump the wall at 14 weeks! It blends in well behind the shrubs, and was easy to erect with the metal posts. Quick delivery which was ideal.

Just the job – strong and stfurdy. It’s kept my German Shepherd contained in her own space when needed. Would definitely buy this product again in the future. Highly recommend.

I accidentally selected galvanised instead of PVC coated posts (confusingly they were exactly the same price). Customer service was excellent – they arranged for the PVC posts to be delivered two days later and the galvanised posts picked up for return at the same time, all for no charge and with no fuss.

The website, product and delivery were great.
But just to let you know so you can feedback to warehouse:
Two large panels of wide reinforced adhesive tape were applied to my wire fencing to give a surface for the delivery label. The tape was a nightmare to remove and took me a good hour to get it off. I damaged the PVC fence coating trying to cut it off. Best to use tape that can be peeled off on delivery rather than the type designed to adhere to itself.

We are really sorry to hear the problem you encountered with removing the tape applied on the fence panel.
Unfortunately we have had several orders in the past where the labels got scratched off or got separated from the panels during transit and for that reason, we use a stronger tape to avoid panels from getting lost.
Your feedback is very valuable and we’ll make sure to pass it on to the warehouse and potentially look into alternative packaging options to avoid future issues like yours.

The products were as expected, however the website had a glitch that prevented me form ordering on line. The customer service line was so bad (are they using mobile phones?) that I could not hear what was being said to me. I did eventually manage to place the order (after shouting for 10 minutes) but it was not a good experience.
