Unloading	Wheeled into place with a pump truck As a minimum deliveries will be left kerbside Side curtain available so customers can offload with forklifts If your order includes gabion cages over 1.5m in length, help may be required to offload.
Contactless Delivery	– you do not need to be at the property to accept the delivery. The driver will leave the items in a safe place that you recommend during checkout in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ field. Please note that the driver is unable to leave your items without signature if they deem it unsafe.
If you are not in?	No problem, if you have not available at the time of delivery and there isn’t a safe space to leave your items, delivery will be attempted the next working day. If redelivery fails for two days in a row, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
