Website & My Account

Simply go to the ‘My Account’ page and you will be presented with the option to create a new account. When you are logged in you can manage your future orders.

Yes of course. During checkout you don’t need to register unless you would like an account.

No problem, go to the ‘My Account’ page then click on the ‘Lost Your Password’ link. Then you can simply follow the instructions to set a new password.

Sorry for your troubles

If you cant log in it is probably due to your ‘username’ or ‘password’ not matching the original login details. On the ‘My Account’ page try clicking the ‘Lost Your Password’ link to reset your password. If this doesn’t work try the various email or usernames that you might have used.

Ordering

You can order any of the following ways that you find easiest

  • Website orders: select your items on the website by ‘Adding to Cart’ then you can pay by Paypal or credit/debit card during checkout
  • Invoice & purchase orders: follow the normal process above then select ‘Pay by Invoice’ at checkout. We will be in touch after checkout to arrange payment details. Use this option if you are a trade customer.
  • Email orders: if you would prefer to send through your orders by email please feel free. The address is info@wirefence.co.uk

No problem.  You can order through the website as normal.  At checkout you can purchase using the ‘Invoice’ option.  You won’t be charged during this process. Once you have checked out we will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange your preferred payment method.

Delivery & Returns

Easy, contact us via live chat or email and let us know the following

  • Full name  
  • Order number
  • Item(s) that you would like to return
  • Where you would like the item(s) to be collected from

 

That’s it, we’ll do the rest.  We will send a courier to pick the item up.  Once we receive the items we will refund the cost of the item  plus original shipping costs

This depends on the shipping option that you selected during checkout.

  • For UK we have a 1-2 day service and a 3-5 day service.  
  • For Europe we offer 7-10 days service

Yes we do.  If ordered before 2pm we can get the order to you the next day.

Sorry, we don’t offer saturday delivery at the moment.

Sorry no.  We do not hold finances unless it is for a payment of an order that we are about to send out.
