    I do not offer my praise lightly, but I always appreciate professionalism, care and service – especially when things have gone slightly wrong… and I always like to acknowledge my thanks and appreciation to those who help and resolve issues like this…. ie in this case – Joy! .

    I did look at some of the assembly videos on your web site before I placed my order. They are very useful and probably inspired me to buy from you, as opposed to any of your competitors….. your web site is very well presented with all the information a prospective customer might want.

    I won’t have any hesitation in recommending Wirefence to customers, friends and trade colleagues …

      I’m glad I was able to assist you with the delivery delay you were experiencing – unfortunately things do not always go as planned but we do our best to keep customers updated and facilitate deliveries in every way that is in our power.

    What a helpful team of people. Had delivery issues and they couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful. To the point that they passed on my directions to the delivery people when the driver could not reach me by phone. The wire netting is good quality, will use this firm again. Thanks people

      We’re sorry you experienced some delivery issues due to the new driver not being familiar with the area and having a hard time locating your shipping address. In cases like this, we do whatever we can to facilitate delivery, be that by just relaying information between the delivery company and the customer, providing any alternative contact details and extra instructions or even Maps snippets. We’re glad this has helped and that he managed to find your address after all.

      It’s also great to know that you are happy with the quality of the wire netting you purchased!

    For those of us who don’t buy wire often the gauges/sizes etc are a bit of a mystery and your video helped me to select the size that I wanted. Well done.

    I found the customer service really helpful in working out the amount of stone needed and talking through the sizes for the bespoke height. They were very flexible and affordable. I even got advice about how much of my current rubble could be used as backfill, so I only needed a smaller amount of granite for the front and top of the gabions.

      Backfilling the cages with rubble or any cheaper material can save up a lot on a project like this as decorative stone can be quite expensive. Happy to hear that you found this advice helpful!

    Wire Fence has a comprehensive range of products and is the only website where I have been able to find the durable 16 gauge weld mesh I regularly need for surfacing nature reserve boardwalks. The price is excellent for this quality of product and delivery is always fast and efficient.
